Fiat Chrysler vehicles from 2018 may be equipped with a Security Gateway Module. This allows you to scan the vehicle for codes, but not the ability to clear codes or any active tests, bidirectional controls, or PIN read. With the Chrysler 12-8 cable, you can access the vehicle network and perform all commands.
